Dr. Yadav made these remarks at the 'IAS Service Meet' held at the State Academy of Administration in Bhopal. He pointed out that Swami Vivekananda's vision of the 21st century belonging to India is becoming a reality under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership. Today, India enjoys strong international relations and is equipped to handle any challenge.
He stressed that the IAS officers are the backbone of India's global standing. "Our administrative officers are working tirelessly to advance the country, facing every challenge. Amidst India’s diverse landscape, the administrative service is fulfilling its responsibilities with strength and commitment," the CM said. But here's where it gets controversial... the CM also pointed out the importance of the federal structure, where state officials collaborate with both central and state governments to improve the state's image.
He further added that Madhya Pradesh serves as a 'laboratory' for innovations, many of which are later adopted nationally and internationally. The CM also acknowledged PM Modi's recognition of the value of competence and experience, allowing officers to continue contributing even after their official service. He expressed his appreciation for all administrative officers, stating that they work together like a family.
Dr. Yadav believes that the experienced senior officers and their energetic young colleagues are the foundation of a developed and self-reliant Madhya Pradesh. He urged the officers to focus on policy formulation, scheme implementation, embracing innovation, adopting technology, and prioritizing the citizen's perspective.
He concluded by stating that the IAS officers have earned the privilege to serve through their hard work, and that serving humanity is akin to serving God. Therefore, solving the problems of the common man should be a top priority. He urged all IAS officers to commit to working with 100% dedication for the state's development.
