2025 Speedo Winter Junior Champs Day 3: Records Shattered & Top Swims! (2026)

The 2025 Speedo Winter Junior Championships delivered a surge of fast swims on Day 3, with multiple meet records and National Age Group marks toppled across both the East in Indianapolis and the West in Austin. As is tradition, results from the two sites were merged to produce the final top-8 finishes for each event.

Event sequence for Day 3 included A/B/C finals in the 400 IM, 100 butterfly, 200 free, 100 breast, and 100 back, plus timed finals for the 200-yard freestyle relays.

Audrey Derivaux (Jersey Wahoos) captured the East crown with a personal best of 4:01.83, finishing just ahead by a half-length and ranking as the third-fastest time ever for a 15-16 girl. She outpaced West winner Kayla Han by 1.4 seconds and led the field by 8.5 seconds over her heat rivals. Han touched in 4:03.28, taking a 2.7-second margin over CSP Tideriders’ Sydney Schoeck, while the remainder of the finalists trailed by more than six seconds.

Gabi Brito of Beach Cities Alpha swept the West crown in 51.55, finishing comfortably ahead of the rest of the field.

In the West, Micah Davis (Aquajets) led a tight finish at 46.17, followed by Brandon Ha (DART) at 46.39 and Charlie Cancelmo (Seattle Metro) at 46.65.

The Quicksilver quartet had previously set the 15-16 NAG record in 2024.
